Abstract
Un procedimiento para la aplicación de un recubrimiento cerámico de doble capa a un substrato en una sola operación de cocción, caracterizado por la aplicación al substrato de una primera capa de polvo esencialmente seco de una primera composición de frita preparada para constituir un acabado vítreo adherente a dicho substrato, aplicándose a dicha primera capa una segunda capa de un polvo esencialmente no adaptada en forma vítrea para adherirse a dicho substrato, sometiendo a dicho substrato y a las capas mencionadas a una sola operación de cocción fundiendo inicialmente y estabilizando dicha primera composición a una temperatura por debajo de la que dicha segunda composición se funde y estabiliza, procediendo luego a la fusión de dicha segunda composición y enfriando finalmente para constituir un recubrimiento cerámico coherente de doble capa sobre dicho substrato a partir de las dos composiciones mencionadas.
