Abstract
Procedimiento y su correspondiente dispositivo para realizar juntas estancas en los empalmes de tramos de una canalización, principalmente enterrada, caracterizado dicho procedimiento porque después de haber procedido a la limpieza de los mencionados tramos, se desplaza a lo largo de la canalización, en un movimiento de aproximación rápido, una fuente de pulverización de una materia sintética polimerizable, no alimentada, hasta detectar la presencia de un empalme; se inmoviliza la indicada fuente más allá de este empalme, en el sentido de translación y se procede a la constitución de un manguito en el lugar del empalme y por ambas partes de este último, de recubrimiento de la pared interna de los extremos de tramos adyacentes al mencionado empalme alimentándolo bajo un caudal constante, una cabeza de pulverización soportada por la indicada fuente para dicha materia polimerizable catalizada en el momento de la pulverización y animando dicha cabeza con al menos un movimiento de translación avelocidad lenta variable y regulable, con relación a la indicada fuente.
