Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de tampones adhesivos para tests epicutáneos, que están constituidos por una capa adhesiva sobre la cual está dispuesta, en su parte central, una primera capa de hoja de aluminio o de un metal similar revestida de un material sintético, por una placa o pastilla de un material absorbente que contiene una dosis de la substancia de test, estando dicha placa o pastilla fijada en el centro de dicha capa, y por una segunda capa de hoja de aluminio o de un metal similar, estando dicha segunda capa soldada a la primera muy cerca de la periferia del material absorbente, caracterizado porque se hace pasar una banda de aluminio o de un metal similar revestida de un material sintética destinada a constituir la primera capa situada bajo el material absorbente, porque se fijan a intervalos regulares unas placas o pastillas de material absorbente sobre dicha banda, porque se reparte sobre cada pastilla una cantidad determinada de la substancia diluida en un solvente, porque seevapora el solvente, porque se lleva sobre la banda una segunda banda que constituye la segunda capa, y porque se sueldan las dos capas la una a la otra muy cerca de la periferia de dichas pastillas, a continuación de lo cual se efectúan las diferentes operaciones de cortado y de unión con una banda de capa adhesiva con intervalo regular y de corte de los tampones definitivos.
