Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un dihaluro de N-N-dimetil-4,4'-dipiridilo por cuaternización de diacetato de 4,4'-dipiridilomediante reacción con haluro de alquilocaracterizado porque la reacción entre el haluro de alquiloy el diacetato de 4,4'-dipiridilo citadosse conduce en medio de ácido acético como disolvente del diacetato de dipiridiloen relación por lo menos de 1:1 en peso respecto al diacetato entrado en reacción y bajo presión en autoclave entre 2 y 10 kg/cm2 y temperaturas entre 60 y 150ºC.
