Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un pienso, esencialmente a base de los residuos de fermentación sobre materias primas celulósicas hidrolizadas, caracterizado porque en su realización comprende: diluir un material celulósico, preferentemente constituido por bagazo, previamente sometido a hidrólisis para separar el azúcar fermentable, incorporando al propio tiempo sales nutritivas de microorganismos para su fermentación y se convierte en levadura, filtrándose la suspensión de levadura formada sobre todo a una parte del material no fermentado utilizado como lecho filtrante, constituido esencialmente por celulosa y fibra, y finalmente, agotar la torta seca de filtración que contiene levadura hasta un contenido de a lo sumo un 7% de agua, constituyendo el pienso a base de un 16 a 25% de proteína y un 60 a 70% de hidratos de carbono y celulosa.
