Abstract

Un procedimiento para preparar un fungicida que contiene sales orgánicas de amonio cuaternario, cuyo procedimiento comprende las operaciones de añadir al agente activo, que contiene de 5 a 95% de un compuesto de la fórmula-01: **(Fórmula-01)** en la que X es un ión haluro o metil-sulfato con "n" igual a 1 o 2, R1 y R2 son radicales alcohilo con 1-4 átomos de carbono, R3 es un radical alcohilo con 1-4 átomos de carbono o un radical ciclohexilo, R4 es un radical alcohilo con 1-18 átomos de carbono, o R2 y R3, junto con el átomo de nitrógeno, forman un anillo de fórmula-02: **(Fórmula-02)** en la que W es un átomo de oxígeno, un grupo metileno o un átomo de nitrógeno sustituido como en la fórmula-03: **(Fórmula-03)** en donde R1 y R4 tienen el significado anterior, U e Y son átomos de hidrógeno o grupos metilo, Z es un átomo de hidrógeno, o Y y Z conjuntamente son un átomo de oxígeno, de 3 a 80% de un vehículo mineral o sintético, de 2 a 10% de agente dispersante (por ejemplo, lejía residual de sulfito de calcio) y de 1 a 5% de agente humectante, y a continuración se homogeneiza y microniza en un molino la mezcla total, o bien añadir el agente activo, que contiene de 5 a 20% del compuesto de fórmula 1 mencionado anteriormente, de 0,1 a 5% de un agente emulsionante no iónico (por ejemplo, alcohilarilpoliglicol-éter), y la mezcla total se disuelve en agua destilada, o bien el agente activo, conteniendo de 2 a 10% de un agente emulsionante no iónico se disuelve en un disolvente o en nafta.
