Abstract
Un aparato para el análisis de la concentración de óxidos de nitrógeno en un gas, del tipo que comprende medios para convertir óxidos de nitrógeno del gas a analizar en dióxido de nitrógeno y una célula electrolítica para producir una señal eléctrica proporcional a la concentración del dióxido de nitrógeno en el gas convertido caracterizado porque la célula electrolítica está compuesta de un electrolito acuoso neutro contenido en una cámara cerrada, un ánodo de carbón activado situado dentro de una camisa perforada sumergida en dicho electrolito, un cátodo de lámina o cinta de platino soportado por encima del electrolito a efectos del contacto directo con el gas convertido y material para humedecer el cátodo con el electrolito y para establecer contacto eléctrico entre el electrolito y el cátodo.
