Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en máquinas de lavado de piezas mecanizadas, del tipo de las que comprenden un dispositivo de transferencia de las piezas que deben ser lavadas y al menos una rueda situada sobre dicho dispositivo, estando provista dicha rueda de alojamientos individuales de las piezas dotados de sendos órganos prensores periféricos que, paso a paso, van deteniéndose en varias estaciones de lavado, por las que pasa sucesivamente cada pieza, estando prevista una estación de carga y descarga en la que el correspondiente órgano prensor suelta sobre el dispositivo de transferencia una pieza lavada que se encuentra en ella y toma del mismo otra pieza para lavar, estando dispuesto en cada alojamiento una caja de lavado provista de boquillas por las que sale un líquido lavador y un gatillo de sujeción de la pieza, caracterizados porque cada una de las cajas de lavado se dispone solidariamente unida al correspondiente gatillo de sujeción, de modo que las boquillas de salida del líquido lavador entren en contacto con la pieza que debe lavarse, aumentando la eficacia de la operación de forzar el líquido lavador a través de los conductos internos de la pieza.
