Abstract

Un procedimiento perfeccionado para coagular continuamente un látex polímero y consolidarlo en forma de coágulo de pasta, caracterizado por las operaciones de: alimentar continuamente un látex polímero acuoso y un disolvente orgánico a dicho primer orificio de alimentación simultáneamente con un coagulante alimentado a dicho segundo orificio de alimentación; mezclar continuamente dicho coagulante, dicho látex y dicho disolvente uniformemente en dicho tambor por medio de dichas paletas de oreja y de barrido de dicho rotor giratorio, en dicho cuerpo, coagular dicho látex formando un coágulo de fase disolvente- polímero y uría fase acuosa, transportar dicho coágulo a lo largo de la pared interior de dicho tambor hacia dicho orificio de descarga, por acción de dichas paletas de oreja en ángulo sobre dicho coágulo mientras se consolida dicha fase disolvente- polímero para obtener una fase continua con una fase acuosa dispersada en ella por acción de dichas paletas de barrido, adoptando dicho coágulo la forma de una pasta, y descarga dicha pasta desde dicho orificio de descarga como un coágulo de pasta.
