Abstract

Procedimiento para obtener un aislador eléctrico para líneas de alta tensión y esencialmente a base de vidrio templado o recocido, caracterizado porque en su realización comprende someter previamente la superficie del dieléctrico o aislador de vidrio a la acción del chorro de arena y después, a un pintado de imprimación, por pulverización o inmersión en un baño líquido por el que se reviste totalmente la citada superficie con una delgada película de politetrafluoroetileno, cuya imprimación se somete a continuación a cocedura a una temperatura de 400ºC y seguidamente se deposita de nuevo una fina dispersión de politetrafluoroetileno, por pulverización o inmersión en un baño líquido de dicha substancia, sometiendo finalmente el conjunto a un segundo recocido a temperatura de aproximadamente 400ºC.
