Abstract

Procedimiento para la purificación de caprolactama en bruto que contiene ácido, obtenida de la transposición de oxima de ciclohexanona, caracterizado porque la caprolactama en bruto se combina con 0,8 hasta 2,0 equivalentes de una base, ajustándose un pH entre 4 y 11, 3 a 6 partes en peso de tolueno, referido a la caprolactama, y 2 a 10 partes en peso de agua, referido a los compuestos inorgánicos, formándose en la fase acuosa dos capas, de las cuales la superior contiene prácticamente todas las impurezas orgánicas, y esta capa se separa.
