Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en máquinas Jigger caracterizados esencialmente porque consisten en accionar los cilindros principales donde se bobina la banda textil, los cuales son de giro libre, mediante rodillos ventajosamente grabados y acanalados helicoidalmente que apoyados tangencialmente sobre la banda arrollada, constituyen el medio de arrastre periférico manteniendo una velocidad lineal constante y regulable a voluntad, estando dichos rodillos montados sobre bastidores basculantes cuya presión sobre la banda es regulada por medios hidráulicos, neumáticos o mecánicos, siendo accionados dichos rodillos por motores independientes sincronizados cuyas velocidades de giro determinan la tensión de bobinado, con la particularidad de que la basculación de los bastidores que sustenta los rodillos permiten rebobinar el material directamente sobre un soporte porta-bobinas o similar.
