Abstract

Método para producir, con el objeto de utilizarlo con un material de carga en la fabricación de papel, un suministro de dispersión acuosa que contiene un aglomerante solubilizado, caracterizado por las operaciones que consisten en: formar de manera contínua una suspensión del aglomerante polímero en forma de partículas en un medio acuoso, siendo la concentración de los sólidos del aglomerante en la suspensión de por lo menos 0,5% en peso; hacer pasar la suspensión formada de manera contínua a través de una zona de tratamiento en la cual el aglomerante polímero en forma de partículas en suspensión puede hincharse en el medio acuoso y estar sometido a fuerzas de cizallamiento; y regular el caudal de la dispersión resultante a través de la zona de tratamiento, y el grado de fuerza de cizallamiento aplicada de tal manera que el tiempo de permanencia del aglomerante polímero disperso en la zona del tratamiento sea por lo menos suficiente para obtener por lo menos el hinchamiento óptimo de dichoaglomerante polímero en el agua, y de modo que la solución resultante de aglomerante polímero en el medio acuoso sea visualmente homogénea.
