Abstract

Un perfeccionamiento en el sistema de unión entre el rotor y buje de los magneto-volantes, caracterizado porque el orificio central del testero circular de la envolvente en el que se ha de ajustar el buje, presenta un doblez o pestaña dirigida hacia el interior de la cazoleta, con lo que el borde externo del doblez de la pestaña es convexo, quedando una regata entre el orificio del testero del rotor y la superficie cilíndrica del buje acoplado, cuyo material constituyente así como el de la envolvente del rotor deben ser soldables. Esta regata se rellena mediante un cordón de soldadura que hace solidario el buje respecto a la envolvente del rotor. Este tipo de unión es apta para las diversas velocidades de diseño de los magneto-volantes.
