Abstract

Un procedimiento de preparación de fibras poliolefínicas hidrófilas, que comprende agitar una suspensión de las fibras de una composición poliolefínica fibrosa vertida a chorro que contiene funcionalidad carboxílica, en una mezcla acuosa diluida de polímeros catiónicos y aniónicos, nitrogenados, solubles en agua, siendo dicho polímero catiónico (a) el producto de reacción de amoniaco o una alcohil-amina inferior y una aminopoliamida modificada con epiclorhidrina que deriva de un ácido dicarboxílico y una polialcohileno-poliamina que tiene dos grupos amino primarios y por lo menos un grupo amino secundario o terciario, o (b) el producto de reacción de epiclorhidrina y un condensado de cianamida o diciandiamida con una polialcohilen-poliamina.
