Abstract
Un procedimiento para preparar ciertas 2-Substituido-5a-aril- decahidrociclopent [c] azepinas que pueden considerarse como relacionadas estructuralmente con ciertas estructuras parciales de la morfina, tales como los morfinanos, benzomorfanos, y derivados de isoquinolina anteriormente mencionados. Los compuestos de la fórmula (I) no se han descrito hasta ahora, así como no hay disponible ningún método para su preparación. Además, los compuestos de la fórmula (I) exhiben una variación impredecible en las propiedades antagonistas y agonista analgésicas, con posibilidad disminuida de dependencia física. Esta invención se relaciona con un procedimiento para preparar las cilopent [c] azepinas. Más particularmente esta invención proporciona un procedimiento para preparar las decahidrociclopent [c] azepinas.
