Abstract

Método de preparación de un derivado de éter de almidón de estructura general: **(Fórmula)** en la que St-0- representa una molécula de almidón, M es un catión, y n es el número de valencia de M, que comprende los pasos consistentes en: A. hacer reaccionar una base de almidón con aproximadamente 0,5-100% en peso de reactivo de ácido 3-cloro-2-sulfopropiónico neutralizado, basado en el almidón seco; y B. aislar el derivado de almidón resultante.
