Abstract

Dispositivo para el secado de una banda de material en continuo movimiento, mediante la combustión de un líquido orgánico combustible llevado por la banda de material, en una cámara provista de una abertura de entrada y otra de salida para la banda de material, de un dispositivo de calentamiento y de encendido dispuesto cerca de la abertura de entrada así como de al menos una abertura para la entrada del aire de combustión y de una abertura de salida para los gases de escape, caracterizado porque en la cámara (3) están dispuestos a ambos lados de la banda de material (1) y a distancia de la misma, sendos paredes de radiación (10, 10a) de un material apropiado para la radiación de calor, y porque la abertura de salida del gas de escape (13) está dispuesta de tal forma que al menos una parte de los gases de escape circulen a lo largo del lado posterior de las paredes de radiación opuesto a la banda de material, hacia la abertura de salida.
