Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en los aparatos para separar substancias solidad y líquidas, particularmente para la extracción de zumos de productos agrícolas, con un recipiente de prensado alojado de manera giratoria, el cual está dividido en su interior por un diafragma a modo de casquete en una cámara de prensado y en una cámara de presión, presentando la cámara de prensado en el segmento de pared maciza del recipiente opuesta al diafragma de prensado unos canales de drenaje perforados, los cuales tienen una forma abovedada, caracterizados porque en la pared de la envuelta (2) del recipiente (1) de prensado se encuentra dispuesta una válvula (28) de gases de fermentación que desemboca en el interior del recipiente (1) debajo de un canal (17) de zumo y cuyo cuerpo (22) de válvula mantenido por un muelle en la posición de cierre se apoya en la posición abierta en una leva (19) de mando dispuesta encima del eje de rotación del recipiente (1) de prensado.
