Abstract

Instalación para el secado de ladrillos, asociable a un tejar oportunamente preparado de manera que los caros o soportes sobre los cuales se disponen los ladrillos entren por el extremo de una de las paredes longitudinales y, recorriendo el espacio interno del tejar, salgan a través de la misma pared en el extremo opuesto, y de modo que, durante este recorrido, experimenten la acción de una instalación de secado constituida esencialmente por un ventilador o grupos de los dispuestos en correspondencia con una de las paredes extremas del tejar dispuestas perpendicularmente a su eje longitudinal, un cambiador de calor de aletas, dispuesto en la zona de entrada del aire en el tejar; una caldera con quemador, que alimenta al citado cambiador de calor con fluido o vapor caliente; un generador de aire caliente, que introduce este aire directamente en el tejar; unas aberturas para la reintroducción de aire caliente de recuperación eventualmente evacuado del tejar; y una sonda higrométrica dispuestaentre el cambiador de calor y el material dispuesto sobre los carros o soportes, o bien, en caso de aire caliente de recuperación, en la zona anterior a las aberturas establecidas para el aire de recuperación.
