Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un desespumante caracterizado porque se mezclan de 40 a 90 partes en peso de un aceite desespumante insoluble en agua con 2 a 50 partes en peso de un emulgente soluble en agua pero insoluble en el componente anterior, eventualmente con calentamiento; en esta mezcla se incorpora 3 a 20 partes en peso de una mezcla de ácido silícico hidrófobo finamente dividido y ácido silícico hidrófilo finamente dividido, incorporándose con intensa agitación primeramente el ácido silícico hidrófobo y luego la cantidad de ácido silícico hidrófilo necesaria para lograr una distribución lo más fina posible de los componentes de aceite desespumante y emulgente continuando la agitación; y eventualmente se adiciona agua en la cantidad necesaria para la preparación de una emulsión de base a una dilución para uso, pudiéndose realizar esta adición durante o después de la producción del preparado desespumante.
