Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en aparatos para el cierre automático de bolsas que cierran el cuello de válvula de una bolsa de válvula llena, en cuyas superficies interiores del cuello de la válvula se ha aplicado previamente una composición obturadora, caracterizado porque se dota a cada aparato en combinación de un dispositivo de mordaza de cierre para acoplarse con apriete al cuello de válvula y cerrar las superficies interiores del cuello de válvula; un dispositivo para abrir y cerrar el dispositivo de mordaza; un dispositivo transportador destinado a transportar las bolsas, con el cuello de válvula en posición vertical, hacia el dispositivo de mordaza y en sentido contrario un dispositivo posicionador de bolsas, destinado a colocar la bolsa de modo que el cuello de válvula se introduzca en el dispositivo de mordaza abierto mientras que la bolsa de transporta hacia el dispositivo de mordaza; un dispositivo de control de ciclo para detener el transporte de la bolsa cuando el cuello de válvula se inserta en el dispositivo de mordaza durante un tiempo suficiente para cerrar las superficies interiores del cuello de válvula uniéndolas; abrir el dispositivo de mordaza; e iniciar el transporte de la bolsa cerrada separándola del dispositivo de mordaza.
