Abstract
Aparato para el tratamiento con calor de sólidos de grano fino, en particular material de cemento crudo, comprendiendo un horno tubular rotativo, un precalentador de ciclón de etapas múltiples, a través del cual pasan los gases de escape del horno tubular rotativo, y un conducto de derivación, conectado al conducto conectador entre el horno tubular rotativo y el precalentador de ciclón, para derivar parte de los gases de escape del horno, una cámara mezcladora, provista de una conexión de aire fresco, dispuesta en dicho conducto de derivación para refrigerar la subcorriente derivada, caracterizado por la combinación e las siguientes características: a) el conducto de derivación está conectado al conducto conectador entre el horno tubular rotativo y el precalentador de ciclón, de tal manera que la subcorriente derivada es deflexionada por lo menos 90º respecto a la corriente de gas de escape el horno, que fluye al precalentador de ciclón; b) la sección el conducto de derivación, conectado alconducto conectador entre el horno tubular rotativo y el precalentador de ciclón está conectado en la región del fondo de la cámara mezcladora, a través de la que fluyen los gases sustancialmente en la dirección vertical; c) la distancia entre la cámara mezcladora -al nivel de la conexión de aire fresco- y el eje de flujo de la corriente de gas de escape, que fluye hacia el precalentador de ciclón, extendiéndose a través del centro de gravedad del área de sección transversal (F) del conducto conectador - en la región del punto de conexión del conducto de derivación- es de 1,5 a 3 veces, preferentemente de 1,5 a 2m,2 veces, la raíz cuadrada de F/Pi.
