Abstract

Procedimiento para el equilibrado de rotores provistos de referencias dimensionales, especialmente ruedas de vehículos automóviles, en cuyas llantas se hallan previstos datos sobre la abertura de boca (ancho de la llanta) y el diámetro de los puntos de medición (diámetro de la llanta), procedimiento en el que, para el equilibrado en uno o varios planos se almacena valores de las dimensiones geométricas del rotor o parte del rotor en un dispositivo electrónico de medición, y en el que durante el ciclo de medición se introduce los desequilibrios detectados por transductores de medidas a un calculador básico que determina la posición angular y la magnitud del desequilibrio teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones geométricas, caracterizado por el hecho de que los datos de dimensiones geométricas previstos en el rotor o la parte de rotor son almacenados en el dispositivo electrónico de medición en unidades absolutas métricas o inglesas, para lo cual se pone en funcionamiento una memoria de estado.
