Abstract
Núcleo para reactor nuclear controlado mediante elementos de control que pueden situarse de manera selectiva, incluyendo dicho núcleo una pluralidad de elementos combustibles en forma de barras verticales reunidas en un haz, que están situados cada uno en un emplazamiento dado del núcleo, estando algunos de estos elementos adaptados para recibir de manera amovible dichos elementos de control, caracterizado porque por lo menos un elemento de control predeterminado de dichos elementos de control que reciben elementos de combustible incluye combustible de óxidos mezclados, estando di ha posición predeterminada del elemento de combustible en un emplazamiento preelegido del núcleo que tiene normalmente el más alto valor de reactividad de los elementos de control en la configuración N-1 con el objeto de reducir el valor de reactividad del elemento de control correspondiente.
