Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de derivados de ergolina . El procedimiento antes mencionado se lleva a cabo convenientemente en forma análoga a reacciones conocidas. Para las condiciones reductoras se emplea preferentemente la hidrogenación catalítica en presencia de un catalizador de metal noble, por ejemplo paladio sobre carbón activo. Es preferente que se encuentre presente el ácido acético como disolvente y que se efectúe la reacción bajo condiciones atmosféricas normales. Con el fin de separar los componentes de la mezcla de isómeros resultante, pueden usarse métodos conocidos para separaciones análogas , por ejemplo la cromatografía. Empleando una mezcla de disolventes apropiada, por ejemplo CH2Cl2/CH3OH
