Abstract
Procedimiento y aparato para el tratamiento térmico de materiales carbonáceos orgánicos a presión, procedimiento caracterizado porque comprende las fases de introducir un suministro de material de alimentación particulado que se ha de elaborar en una cámara de almacenamiento; mezclar el material de alimentación con un líquido; introducir el material de alimentación y el líquido a presión desde la cámara de almacenamiento a una cámara de transporte que tiene un extremo de entrada inferior y un extremo de salida superior situado en posición elevada con relación al extremo de entrada; controlar el nivel de líquido en la cámara de transporte a un nivel de actuación previamente elegido intermedio al extremo de entrada y al extremo de salida transportar el material de alimentación en sentido ascendente a través de la cámara de transporte y más allá del nivel de actuación del líquido hacia una boca de salida en el extremo de salida; transferir material de alimentación desde la boca de salida de lacámara de transporte a la parte del extremo de entrada de una cámara de reacción y calentar el material de alimentación en la misma a una temperatura elevada durante un periodo de tiempo suficiente para evaporar por lo menos una parte de la sustancia volátile del material con el fin de formar una fase gaseosa y un producto de reacción; extraer la fase gaseosa en contracorriente al flujo de material de alimentación en un lugar separado hacia la salida del nivel de actuación previamente elegido del líquido en la cámara de transporte; enfriar el producto de reacción descargado de la cámara de reacción, y recuperar el producto de reacción enfriado.
