Abstract
1. Este invención se refiere a nuevas 10, 11-dihidro-5h-dibenzo [a,d] ciclohpeten-5, 10- iminas 5 - sustituidas, derivados, isómeros ópticos y sales farmaceuticamente aceptables de las mismas, que son útiles como ansiolíticos, antidepresivos, anticonvulsivos y relajantes musculares, así como en el tratamiento de transtornos combinados de ansiedad y depresión, irregularidades funcionales menores del cerebro y desodorantes extrapiramidales tales como la enfermedad de Parkinson.1. This invention relates to new 10,11-dihydro-5h-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohpeten-5,10-5-substituted imines, derivatives, optical isomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which are useful as anxiolytics , antidepressants, anticonvulsants and muscle relaxants, as well as in the treatment of combined anxiety and depression disorders, minor functional irregularities of the brain and extrapyramidal deodorants such as Parkinson's disease.
