Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un material de registro sensible a la presión, en el que se reviste una hoja de soporte con un colorante de estucado que contiene un aglutinante, microcápsulas y un distanciador, conteniendo estas microcápsulas precursores de colorantes en el disolvente, que al contacto con aceptadores cromáticos adecuados hacen formarse una imagen, estando previstos los distanciadores para proteger la capa de microcápsulas aplicada sobre la hoja de soporte contra la acción de presión involuntaria, que se caracteriza por las siguientes características: a una solución acuosa o dispersión de un aglutintante se añaden partículas discretas no disueltas e insolubles en agua de una proteína vegetal; a continuación se mezcla una dispersión de microcápsulas, siendo en este caso la cantidad de partículas discretas de 10-50 partes en peso referida a 100 partes e peso de microcápsulas; el valor del pH del colorante de estucado se ajusta de tal forma, que no descienda por debajo delpunto isoeléctrico de la proteína vegetal utilizada y alcance como máximo un valor del pH de 6, 8 y el colorante de estucado terminado se aplica sobre una hoja de soporte.
