Abstract
Un método de instalar un módulo de construcción en un solar para edificación de baja capacidad de carga, que comprende: preparar un área sustancialmente nivelada de terreno lo suficientemente compactada como para soportar el peso uniformemente distribuido de un edificio modular de un tamaño predeterminado; distribuir una capa de mortero ligero sobre al menos una parte del área al menos igual de grande que un módulo; y colocar al menos un módulo en la capa antes de que el mortero fragüe, de tal modo que el peso del módulo sea distribuido uniformemente sobre todas las superficies horizontales de contacto entre el fondo del módulo y el mortero, con lo que el peso del módulo será distribuido uniformemente sobre toda el área proyectada del mismo cuando fragüe el mortero.
