Abstract

Perfeccionamientos introducidos, en instalación para el control de la conducción de los hornos de rodillos para la cochura de materiales cerámicos o similares; caracterizados por estar compuesta la respectiva instalación por un dispositivo de enfriamiento rápido, que actúa antes del extremo de salida del horno y está destinado a enviar aire ambiente al interior de un tramo determinado del horno para un enfriamiento forzado rápido del material cocido, por un dispositivo de aspiración que actúa seguidamente a dicho dispositivo de enfriamiento y que es apto a aspirar el aire insuflado calentado mezclado con residuos de gas de combustión para enviarlo en parte a la salida y que en parte, controlable, es reciclado, por un dispositivo de alimentación de aire de combustión que en parte aspira aire del exterior y en parte aspira aire de reciclado enviado por dicho dispositivo de aspiración, suministrando dicho dispositivo de alimentación del aire de combustión aire a los quemadores distribuidos a lo largo de todo el desarrollo del horno.
