Abstract

Transmisión de relación variable gradualmente perfeccionada, especialmente para transmisiones de bicicletas que comprende: una caja de soporte articulada a un vástago para girar sobre el eje del vástago, cuyo soporte está operativamente conectado a medios para accionar giratoriamente dicho soporte. Por lo menos un aro de manivela montado en el soporte para girar sobre un eje desplazado radialmente del eje del vástago, cuyo aro de manivela comprende un seguidor que se extiende al exterior del mismo. Un perfil o pista de leva montado en el vástago para efectuar un movimiento de giro selectivo a través de varias posiciones de excentricidad co relación al eje del vástago, cuyo perfil de leva recibe al seguidor de manivela para determinar la oscilación angular del aro de manivela con una amplitud que varía en forma directamente proporcional con la excentricidad de la leva cuando se hace girar el soporte. Medios conectado al perfil de leva para variar selectivamente la posición excéntrica del mismo. Primeros medios operativamente conectados al aro de manivela para transmitir selectivamente el movimiento angular del mismo. Segundos medios operativamente conectados con los medios de transmisión del soporte y del aro de manivela para recibir el movimiento de los mismos y transmitir la suma de los movimientos del soporte y del aro de manivela y un mecanismo de salida conectado operativamente con los segundos medios de transmisión.
