Abstract

Procedimiento e instalación para el almacenamiento subterráneo de productos criógenos en un área de almacenamiento, cuya área de almacenamiento tiene la forma de una caverna de almacenamiento subterránea en una formación rocosa mantenida a una temperatura diferente a la temperatura natural del ambiente que rodea a las paredes, suelo y techo de la caverna de almacenamiento, caracterizado el procedimiento porque comprende las fases de: disponer en el exterior de la caverna de almacenamiento, con o sin aislamiento, un primer sistema de circulación interior que rodea la caverna, cuyo sistema de circulación tiene una pluralidad de perforaciones distribuidas de un modo regular alrededor de la caverna y cerca de su superficie perforándose preferiblemente las perforaciones entre un primer sistema interior de túneles circundantes, cuyos túneles son paralelos al eje el espacio de almacenamiento.
