Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de derivados del inhibidor de tripsina pancreática básica, donde una parte o todos los grupos carboxilo del BPTI natural o de un derivado de desamido, obtenido por desamidización de éste, están modificados, caracterizado porque BPTI o derivados de BPTI se hacen reaccionar con carbodiimidas en medio acuoso, o que contenga agua, a valores pH entre 3 y 11, los productos de reacción formados, en caso dado, se aíslan y/o en caso dado a continuación, se desaminiza por reacción con agentes suministradores de iones nitrosilo o con compuestos de diazonium no copulantes, y/o se diazota en caso dado por reacción con compuestos de diazonium capaces de copulación a valores pH entre 1 y 12, y los productos de reacción que en cada caso se forman, se aíslan según métodos conocidos.
