Abstract
Procedimiento para separar el negro de humo de las suspensiones acuosas que lo contienen, obtenidas en la preparación de un gas de síntesis, por contactación íntima de la suspensión acuosa con por lo menos una parte del material hidrocarbúrico líquido que carga a un generador de gas de síntesis y por reciclado en dicha generador de gas de la suspensión de negro de humo en el material hidrocarbúrico líquido después de separación de una fase de agua clarificada por decantación, caracterizado porque la suspensión acuosa que contiene el negro de humo se pone íntimamente en contacto con el material hidrocarbúrico líquido por medio del mezclado de dicha suspensión acuosa y dicha material hidrocarbúrico líquido de tal manera que se utilice una cantidad de energía que crece a etapas para realizar dicho mezclado, siendo la cantidad inicial de energía de unos 2.100 a 7.200 Julios por kilogramo de negro de humo de durante la primera etapa del mezclado y siendo la cantidad de energía de unos 10.800 a 33.500 Julio por kilogramo de negro de humo durante la última etapa del mezclado.
