Abstract
Procedimiento mejorado par aglutinar los finos del carbón de coque, caracterizado por consistir en moler los finos de carbón de coque a un determinado mallaje para uniformizarlos, mezclar los finos de carbón de coque con alquitrán con el objeto de que sirva el alquitrán como aglutinante, adicionar soda ash o sal común sólida al mismo mallaje que los finos del carbón de coque para eliminar el azufre contenido en el hierro, compactar la mezcla en forma de briquetas, dejarlas reposar a la intemperie y finalmente efectuar su cocimiento en un horno cerrado.
