Abstract

1.Proceso para la coloración electrolítica del aluminio anodizado, caracterizado porque en una primera fase del mismo se produce una capa de óxido de aluminio sobre el metal, para lo cual se utiliza un baño de ácido sulfúrico con una concentración de 150 a 200 gr/l, una tensión entre electrodos de 12 a 20 voltios y una densidad de corriente de 1 a 2 A/dm2, estando la duración de este tratamiento comprendida entre 15 y 60 minutos, mientras que la segunda fase del proceso consiste en la introducción del metal en un baño de coloración en el que se establecen dos etapas electrolíticas diferentes, de las que, en la primera de ellas, el metal es sometido a una tensión continua pulsante, mientras que en la segunda se programa una tensión continua pulsante negativa sobre la forma de onda de la primera etapa.
