Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de parasoles, en particular para vehículo automóvil, del tipo que comprende un espejo de cortesía y realizado por moldeo de una espuma en el interior de una cubierta termoplástica en dos partes, en un molde que comprende dos semicoquillas complementarias, caracterizado porque consiste, sucesivamente, en fijar por soldadura de alta frecuencia y solamente a lo largo de una línea que corresponde al contorno de la ventana de espejo, una hoja termoplástica sobre uno de los elementos de la cubierta, siendo esta hoja más gruesa que el elemento de cubierta y teniendo dimensiones que corresponden sensiblemente a las del espejo, en cortar el elemento de cubierta y la hoja termoplástica a lo largo de su línea de fijación, en colocar el conjunto perforado así obtenido en una semicoquilla del molde, hallándose el elemento de cubierta en contacto con esta semicoquilla, en asegurar la retención del espejo contra la hoja termopástica, en colar una composición espumante en el interior de la semicoquilla, en colocar en posición al segundo elemento de cubierta, en cerrar el molde con la segunda semicoquilla, en desmoldear después de expansión de la espuma y en igualar los bordes libres de los elementos de cubierta.
