Abstract

Método para análisis fotométricos de líquidos biológicos y otros líquidos, mediante empleo de micro-recipientes de llenado automático combinado o no con un extractor de muestras, caracterizado porque, para evitar errores debidos a una contaminación de una muestra por parte de residuos de una muestra precedente o de un líquido de lavado, se prevé el paso de la muestra que deba examinarse por un recorrido en el que el micro-recipiente está insertado de modo que sea atravesado longitudinalmente por la propia muestra, y porque el análisis se efectúa sobre la porción terminal de la columna de muestra líquida extraída.
