Abstract

Un método de producción de un suplemento de pienso líquido auto-limitante para ganado, que comprende las operaciones de a) formar un suplemento de pienso líquido espesado tomando un medio líquido de hidratos de carbono que contiene un agente dispersante, añadiendo una cantidad suficiente de un material coloidal para espesar el medio de hidratos de carbono y mezclando durante un periodo de tiempo suficiente para proporcionar una viscosidad uniforme al suplemento espesado, b) formar por separado una mezcla de una grasa y un ácido y calentar dicha mezcla a una temperatura de al menos aproximadamente 104ºC para acidular dicha grasa y c) añadir dicha grasa acidulada al suplemento viscoso espesado.
