Mejoras introducidas en el objeto de la patente principal Nº 449.312 presentada el 28 de Junio de 1976 por: "Un procedimiento de obtención de una dispersión de esférulas", en el que se emplea una composición a base de dispersiones acuosas de esférulas constituídas por capas moleculares organizadas, entre las cuales está encapsulada una fase acuosa que encierra por lo menos una substancia activa, estando constituidas estas capas por lo menos por un compuesto lipoide, que tiene como fórmula general: X----------------Y fórmula en la cual Y representa un grupo lipólifo y X representa, bien sea un grupo hidrófilo no iónico, en cuyo caso el diámetro de las esférulas está comprendido entre 1.000 Aº y 50.000.
