Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en las máquinas de lijar de banda estrecha, del tipo que comprende un bastidor, una mesa horizontal, ligada al bastidor y regulable en altura, para la recepción de las piezas a lijar, dos tambores, dos soportes unidos al bastiror y que soportan en rotación a estos tambores, comprendiendo uno de los soportes un motor de arrastre, una banda abrasiva sin fin tendida entre estos tambores y dispuesta por encima de la mesa, y una barra de presión unida al bastidor y dispuesta para presionar por superficie inferior sobre la rama inferior de la banda, caracterizados porque los soportes del tambor están unidos al bastidor de forma que permitan a los tambores, y por tanto a la banda, efectuar un movimiento de oscilación transversal a la dirección de desplazamiento de la banda, y la superficie inferior de la barra presenta, en sección transversal, la forma de un arco de círculo centrado sobre el eje de oscilación.
