Abstract
Procedimiento perfeccionado para la fabricación de hilos metálicos aislados arrollables, en el proceso de extrusión, caracterizado porque una poliamida aralifática, parcialmente cristalina, con punto de fusión de la cristalita de por lo menos 280ºC e indice de viscosidad de preferentemente, al menos 0,5 procedente de ácido tereftálico o de los derivados funcionales del mismo, de hexametilinodiamina e isoforondiamina con contenidos de isoforondiamina de al menos 5% mol, referido a la cantidad toda de diamina, es introducida en un extrusionador calentado desde la entrada hasta la tobera a 280ºC, hasta 400ºC, calentada la masa en el extrusionador, después de corto tiempo de permanencia, hasta la temperatura del mismo, siendo conducido a continuación el hilo de cobre empleado, que fue sometido antes a un recocido de ablandamiento y una vez pasado el mismo por un tren de calentamiento previo, a través de la zona de recubrimiento dentro del cabezal del extrusionador, atravesando luego una toberade separación, la que regula el grosor de la capa de recubrimiento, apara ser bobinado finalmente el hilo revestido una vez pasado por un tramo de enfriamiento.
