Abstract

Procedimiento de soldadura por ultrasonidos de una hoja de material termoplástico flexible sobre un cuerpo de material termoplástico rígido, caracterizado porque consiste en colocar el cuerpo rígido sobre un primer sonotrodo, en posicionar la hoja flexible sobre la parte del cuerpo rígido a la cual debe ser soldada, en aplicar sobre la hoja flexible un segundo sonotrodo, el cual está grabado según una sucesión de puntas en relieve y está perfectamente ajustado a la parte del cuerpo revestido con la hoja, y en emitir unas vibraciones ultrasonoras entre los dos sonotrodos mientras se ejerce una presión apropiada sobre las piezas a soldar.
