Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de una composición de revestimiento con pigmentos para papel, que contiene un producto de almidón cocido mejorado que comprende las etapas de: a) cocer en agua un producto de almidón granular que se hincha en agua fría, y sustancialmente no birrefringente, caracterizado porque antes de la cocción tiene menos del 10% de solubles y un poder de hinchamiento tal que cada 5 g cuando se dispersan en agua y se mantienen durante aproximadamente 16 horas a 25ºC tienen un volumen hinchado de aproximadamente 20 ml a aproximadamente 35; y b) mezclar el producto de almidón cocido en la pasta cremosa de arcilla para obtener una composición de revestimiento con pigmentos para papel.
