Abstract

Aparato para calcinar material en partículas, que comprende medios de secado para extraer humedad del material mientras se le calienta a una temperatura inferior a su temperatura de calcinación, medios de calcinación para calentar el material secado hasta la temperatura de calcinación, y medios de enfriamiento para enfriar las partículas calcinadas, caracterizado porque dichos medios de secado y dichos medios de calcinación comprenden cámaras rotatorias respectivas, cada una de estructura metálica, y porque la cámara de calcinación tiene una estructura emparedada de peso ligero con material aislante del calor entre un revestimiento interior resistente al calor y una estructura de soporte exterior.
