Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de tripolifosfato sódico a partir de ácidos fosfóricos de procedimiento en húmedo, que han sido neutralizados hasta la correspondiente proporción molar de Na:P, y han sido concentrados desde contenidos de P2O5 menores de 20% en peso hasta unos de 27 a 32% en peso de P2O5 y que contienen impurezas de tipo orgánico, por atomización de las suspensiones o soluciones de ortofosfato obtenidas en tal caso, en presencia de agentes oxidantes en una única etapa de procedimiento en una torre de atomización calentada con gases de combustión a temperaturas entre 300 y 500ºC, caracterizado porque la preparación de un tripolifosfato sódico apropiado para el tratamiento de la suspensión de agente de lavado, que en el ensayo de hidratación (RDH) produce una diferencia de por lo menos 7ºC entre el valor de temperatura medido después de 5 minutos, se añade al agente oxidante ya a los ácidos fosfóricos de procedimiento en húmedo antes de haber efectuado su concentración.
