Abstract

Un aparato escarpador perfeccionado que comprende: medios para formar una llama de pre- calentamiento de mezcla posterior, y medios para descargar una corriente de gas oxidante de escarpado a través de una tobera de escarpado , caracterizado porque dichos medios para formar dicha llama de pre-calentamiento comprenden: medios de orifico para descargar una corriente de gas combustible de pre-calentamiento , estando el eje geométrico de dichos medios de orificio dirigido hacia la pieza de trabajo o escarpar, medios de orificio para descargar una corriente de gas oxidante de pre-calentamiento, estando el eje geométrico de dicho orificio dirigido para que interseque al eje geométrico de dichos medios de orificio de gas combustible de pre calentamiento en ángulo agudo incluido, fuera de dichos orificios y encima de la superficie de la pieza y medios para descargar una corriente de baja intensidad de gas oxidante estabilizador, comprendiendo dichos medios un orificio cuyo eje geométrico está dirigido próximo a la intersección de los ejes de dicho orificio de gas combustible de pre calentamiento y dicho orificio de gas oxidante de pre calentamiento y dirigido en la misma dirección general que la resultante de dichos ejes.
