Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en anillos metálicos para máquinas de colada continua, sobre rueda que tienen un espesor reducido, una deformidad en caliente homotética de su perfil en frío de modo a presentar en la zona de intercambio térmico con el metal colado la totalidad de su superficie interna en contacto con el lingote durante todo el periodo de refrigeración, caracterizados por una forma recogida compuesta por una parte únicamente en contacto con el lingote y por dos rebordes muy estrechos que descansan sobre la pared periférica de las placas de la rueda por mediación de juntas flexibles que le aseguran una total libertad de movimiento en su soporte.
