Abstract

Perfeccionamientos introducidos en un sistema de combustible para un motor de encendido por compresión de múltiples cilindros, comprendiendo dicho sistema de combustible: una pluralidad de inyectores de combustible, uno para cada cilindro de dicho motor, estando destinados dichos inyectores a inyectar combustible en secuencia regulada en tiempo en cantidades que varían como funciones directas de la presión aplicada a los inyectores; medios para poner a presión aplicada a los inyectores; medios para poner a presión aplicada a los inyectores; medios para poner a presión el combustibles, para poner a presión un manantial de combustible con el fin de variar los niveles o valores de presión como función de la demanda del operador y de los parámetros de funcionamiento del motor; medios de paso para conectar la salida de dichos medios de poner a presión el combustible a dichos inyectores de combustible; caracterizados porque comprenden unos medios valvulares interpuestos en dichos medios de paso,comprendiendo dichos medios valvulares: un alojamiento que tiene una entrada conectada a dichos medios de poner a presión el combustible y una trayectoria de flujo que conduce desde dicha entrada a los medios de paso, que suministra combustible a presión a una parte solamente de los inyectores de combustible para dicho motor; un émbolo desplazable en vaivén en entre una primera posición en la que bloquea el lfujo a través de dicha trayectoria de flujo y una segunda posición en la que dicho émbolo presenta una resistencia despreciable al flujo a su través proporcionando dicho émbolo un índice controlado de aumento de área de flujo entre dichas posiciones primera y segunda; medios para empujar a dicho émbolo hacia dicha primera posición siempre que el sistema de combustible esté por debajo de un nivel predeterminado y para empujar dicha válvula hacia dicha segunda posición siempre que la presión esté por debajo debajo de un nivel predeterminado y para empujar dicha válvula hacia dicha segundaposición siempre que la presión esté por encima de dicho nivel predeterminado, con lo que una parte de los cilindros de dicho motor son accionados durante ciertas condiciones de funcionamiento para reducir al mínimo las emisiones de escape del motor.
